How to read News papers on mobile phone?

Eager to know about reading news papers on your mobile phone? You will be excited to know you can read it in your own language! Yes. A free Application which runs on Symbian, Android,etc can help you on this. It is 'News Hunt' , which supports a few Indian language Newspapers to be read on mobiles. Of course you need an internet connection (GPRS/Wi-Fi/3G). Don't worry, it will not eat up your whole bandwidth. Just a few kbs can do it. Check with your service provider about data rates. Follow these steps to get started.


Download 'News Hunt' fom newshunt.com .
Install it in your mobile phone. It is a virus free application.
Locate the application icon in your phone menu and open it. It will ask you for data connection. choose your access point.


After Loading, You can select the language you would like to read. In a single language, there may be many news papers. After selecting language, select the news paper you like. It will show you a list of categories and some one as selected by default. You can select the categories you like or deselect the categories you don't want. Click Save.


After selecting the news categories. The software will load the selected news paper for you. You can choose the category wise news from the top of the application. The news papers are refreshed frequently. If you want to manually refresh the news paper, simply press '5' on the keypad or tap the refresh icon at the bottom center of the application.


If you want to change the connection settings, GoTo Options > Connection Settings.

One more interesting thing, you can read the news directly on your mobile phone's 'Home Screen' by just Activating 'Home Ticker'. This may not work on some phone models. To do this, Choose Options > Enable home ticker. Go to your home screen and you can read the Headlines there as shown below.
