Portable Document Format or PDF is a very easy to use format for text and images. There are so many softwares which will give you the option to convert a word document or other such stuffs to Pdf. Adobe Acrobat Reader is one of the utility to do so. But what about using a new software which is very easy to use other than any other softwares avilable? Yes, there is one.
Open your web browser, go to google.com and search ' dopdf '. You will get the dopdf.com website. In the home page, Click 'Free Download' and you will get the software in your computer. It is a free software which can be used for commercial / personal purpose. It is a pdf converter tool. You can convert your word, excel or powerpoint documents to pdf format. More than this, you can even convert e-mails or your favourite websites as pdf.
Using this software, it is very easy to convert a document as pdf as easily as you ever think. Install the software in your computer.
There are two ways through which you can convert files to pdf.
First way is open DoPdf from Start > Programs > DoPdf and click on browse button (Looks like ...) Select the file you want to convert as pdf and click 'Create'. You will get another window asking you for the filename and destination path. Make a Tick on 'Open PDF in Reader' if you want to open it as soon as it converts the file to pdf. Enter details and click ok. Your file is now converted to pdf. Isn't it easy? No..?
If it sounds much paining for you, the second method is for you. Open the file which you want to convert as pdf and choose File > Print (Or Ctrl+P). Select the Printer 'DoPdf v7' (v7 is software version) and click print. Select destination folder and file name and click Ok. The file is now converted to Pdf. Sounds good..eh?
Oh! There is a problem of selecting target/destination folder every time. To overcome this, in the select destination folder window, Tick 'Always use this folder' and here ends the hassle.
